world’s premier culinary arts institute, Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
Our mission is to make great tasting "Free-From" foods. We create our own
recipes, using the best real food ingredients and free of any preservatives and nasties.

Our gluten laboratory testing was done by third independent party, a National Association of Testing Authorities – Australia (NATA) accredited laboratory using the testing method through ELISA, no Lateral Flow Testing kits (dipstick test results). It requires the product must be tested to have NO detectable gluten levels as per the FSANZ “gluten free” standard.
